I'm happy to finally start this blog and hope to be able to communicate with many people who love to buy and sell vintage items.

Sylvia's Place: I am married and have 4 grown children and 3 granddaughters. This is my second marriage and God has blessed me with a very wonderful husband. I have been teaching Special Education for almost 25 years. Beginning next year I am going to start teaching kindergarten. I am excited to be starting this new chapter in my career. I also have a booth in a local antique store in Creston, Illinois. It is definately more of a hobby than and money maker but it is fun.
